You will see all types of people at CrossFit 253. You will see the Dad just dropping in for a workout while trying to keep up with work and his kids’ hectic schedule. You will see the high school offensive lineman trying to get stronger, faster, and better. You will see the grandmother working on her back squat, just because she wants maximize her time with that title “Grandma.” You will see the “on-the-go” mom, who is trying to raise her kids, but find some “me” time. You will see a bunch of kids from the ages of 5 to 85 (yep were all kids at heart) running around and trying new things. And you will see the CrossFit fanatic, who just loves everything CrossFit. You will see a rich and diverse community of people who love being together.
At CrossFit 253, we do functional things! Things you do in everyday life. Things that make you stronger and faster. We use barbells, kettlebells, rubber slam balls, wooden boxes, gymnastic rings, pull-up bars, the wall, the floor, a weight sled, and a bunch of other stuff that we are still thinking up. We Mix it up! The workout will ALWAYS change. Things in life are never predictable. We aren’t either. We do things with a sense of purpose and get it done. Your time is precious and we want to make this the “Best Hour of Your Day”. Most importantly, you will do all this under the watchful eye of a caring and seasoned coach who knows you and your ability.
CrossFit 253 is 2 spaces our original 1,400-square-foot facility set up for small groups and personal training and our larger space 3,900-square-foot-facility filled with all the things you need for a great Crossfit workout. We have amazing equipment, plus group and individual training led by our experienced coaches. Our staff is filled with compassionate and engaging professionals who are rooting for your success. You won’t find a gym with a more personable community. There’s no drama. Just great people striving to do great things!
